PROJECT FRAMEWORK
Anima Creators typically establishes a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to capitalize and manage each project as an asset-level joint venture.
Each project is supported by a comprehensive business plan and private placement memorandum (PPM), detailing key aspects such as the genre, storyline synopsis, producer, director, and writers' track records, the proposed cast, financial underwriting with sensitivities, comparable projects, distribution strategy, revenue segmentation, targeted markets, and other critical factors, including risks.
